2. Services Provided Crown Ventures Africa provides consultation services, tour planning, business advisory, and relocation guidance for African destinations. All services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Consultation Services
- Free 15-minute consultations are provided for initial guidance only - Extended consultations may incur additional fees as agreed upon - Consultation advice is based on available information and expert experience - Implementation of advice is at the user's own discretion and risk
4. Tour Services
- Tour prices and availability are subject to change - Full payment terms will be provided upon booking - Cancellation policies vary by tour and will be clearly communicated - Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants
5. Business Advisory Services
- Business advice is general in nature and not specific legal or financial counsel - Users should seek professional legal and financial advice for business decisions - Crown Ventures Africa does not guarantee business success or investment returns - All business ventures carry inherent risks
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during consultations and bookings - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations - Respect local customs and cultures during African travel - Maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information shared during consultations
7. Limitation of Liability Crown Ventures Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia.
